Deposit and Payment
$1000 security deposit and first month’s rent.
Acceptable Payment methods: Cash, check, direct deposit, pay pal
Length of Stay
Different properties have different term minimums based on HOA rules. Please see each property’s specific rules.
End of Stay Property Condition
A $100 clean-out charge will be deducted from your deposit.
Any damage that has been done to the property will be deducted from the deposit. This is rare since our terms are so short..
Cancellations
You will be asked to sign a lease for the number of months requested and then be allowed to go month-to-month if all parties agree. If you cancel within your lease period, your deposit will not be returned.
Pets
No cats. One dog under 50 pounds.

Privacy Policy
All your information will remain private and not shared with anyone. Should you not make payment you may be reported to a credit reporting agency.
